ExamFormMitra helps people who are filling in government exam application forms. It resizes and renames your photo, signature and certificates so they match the size rules on the official form.
Who we are
ExamFormMitra is an independent website. We are not part of, approved by, or connected to any government department, commission or recruitment board. The rules we show come from official notifications, but rules can change, so always check the latest official notification before you submit your form. We cannot be responsible for a form that is rejected.
What happens to your files
The converter works inside your own browser, on your own phone or computer. Your photo, signature and certificates are not uploaded to our server and we cannot see them. When you close or refresh the page, they are gone from the converter. The name you type is only used to name your files, and it also stays in your browser.
Privacy
You do not need an account to use this site, and we do not ask for your phone number, email address, Aadhaar number or any other personal details.
Like every website, our hosting service keeps standard server logs. These can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened, and they are used to keep the site secure and working.
This site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising later, we will explain it on this page, including what is collected and how to opt out.
